Principal Product Manager For Professional Services

Were looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the Professional Services ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). Youll define how Mailchimp becomes the must-have growth platform for service-based businesses, unlocking new ways to build client pipelines, drive repeat work, and deepen customer loyalty.

Qualifications
7+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in B2B SaaS, marketing, or service-oriented platforms. Strong understanding of the professional services landscape, spanning consulting, creative, financial, legal, and other client-based sectors. Proven track record of building products that deliver measurable business outcomes for SMBs or service providers. Strategic and analytical mindset, with experience in metrics-driven product development and experimentation (A / B testing, cohort analysis, KPI tracking). Hands-on experience with AI / ML applications, especially in marketing or workflow automation, is strongly preferred. Cross-functional fluency, with a history of working closely with engineering, design, data science, GTM, and operations. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization. Customer obsession, with a passion for helping small businesses thrive.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is :
Bay Area California : $236,000 - $319,000 New York : $232,500 - $314,500
