We are seeking an experienced and driven specialist in Product Development to support the advancement of our strategic growth plans and accelerate their execution. As the Product Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products, strengthen partnerships with customers and build technical capabilities within the organization. You are a central player on the global technical team, building innovation and development insights that drive technical excellence in our region. Together with your team of experienced product development engineers, you will foster an innovation mindset to enable the success of our products in the markets. Responsibilities

• Product Development

Develop and successfully commercialize new porous polymer based products for various functional applications both within and outside of existing production platforms.

Lead the engineering design and development process for the site while overseeing relevant technical aspects of product development, in collaboration with the sales team and operations teams.

Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into solutions that meet performance requirements.
