As a Full-Time Guest Service Agent at RMC Resort Management, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your day will begin by warmly greeting guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in / check-out process. You will assist with guest inquiries, providing detailed information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions to enhance their stay.

Handling guest requests and concerns professionally, you will aim for timely resolutions and exemplify our commitment to outstanding customer service. Additionally, you will coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments, ensuring that every guest need is met with excellence and integrity.
