Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand needs and enhance engagement.
• Analyze sales trends, customer buying patterns, and inventory data to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide actionable recommendations that support pricing, promotions, and product focus.
• Collaborate closely with sales to share accurate deal information and communicate customer updates.
• Prepare precise sales sheets with correct product specifications, quantities, and pricing.
• Maintain CRM records and customer profiles with high data accuracy.
• Monitor performance metrics such as pipeline movement, product demand forecasting, and goal attainment.
• Support promotional initiatives, customer programs, and sales events, including measurement of outcomes.
• Create and distribute monthly customer newsletters highlighting promotions and key product information.
• Partner with purchasing and logistics teams to forecast demand and provide accurate shipping timelines.
• Recommend and assist in process improvements that elevate efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
