Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Business Development Representative para fazer parte do time fundador de Go To Market da StackSpot, uma plataforma SaaS em rpida expanso que est redefinindo a forma como empresas constroem solues digitais com inteligncia artificial.

Essa pessoa ser pea-chave na construo do motor comercial da StackSpot, atuando na prospeco, qualificao e desenvolvimento de oportunidades que alimentaro o pipeline de vendas da companhia. Mais do que executar, esperamos algum com mentalidade builder, capaz de ajudar a desenhar e otimizar os processos de aquisio e relacionamento com potenciais clientes.

O que voc far por aqui

  • Identificar e prospectar novas oportunidades de negcio alinhadas ao ICP da StackSpot.
  • Qualificar leads inbound e outbound, garantindo que o time de vendas receba oportunidades com real potencial de converso.
  • Conduzir conversas consultivas para entender dores, maturidade tecnolgica e contexto do cliente.
  • Manter cadncia ativa de contatos via e-mail, telefone, LinkedIn e outras ferramentas de prospeco.
  • Trabalhar de forma integrada com marketing e vendas, compartilhando feedbacks e dados sobre a qualidade dos leads.
  • Alimentar e manter o CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot ou similar) com informaes precisas e atualizadas.
  • Apoiar na criao e melhoria dos processos de prospeco e qualificao, propondo automaes e novas abordagens.
  • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento da estratgia de Go To Market da StackSpot, testando e validando hipteses comerciais.

O que voc precisa ter

  • Experincia prvia em prospeco B2B, qualificao de leads ou desenvolvimento de negcios.
  • Boa compreenso do funil de vendas SaaS e de metodologias como SPIN, BANT ou MEDDIC.
  • Familiaridade com CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) e ferramentas de automao comercial.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicao verbal e escrita.
  • Perfil analtico e orientado a mtricas, capaz de trabalhar com dados e indicadores de performance.
  • Experincia com operaes de vendas em empresas SaaS ou de tecnologia.
  • Conhecimento em estratgias de outbound, segmentao de mercado e ICP definition.
  • Organizao, autonomia e capacidade de executar com consistncia em um ambiente de alta velocidade.
  • Ingls intermedirio ou avanado (para contato com parceiros e leitura tcnica).
  • O que seria muito legal se voc soubesse

  • Experincia com ferramentas como Apollo, Outreach, Sales Navigator ou similares.
  • Noes de marketing digital e automao de leads.
