Associate Director, Digital Strategy and Omnichannel Marketing - Permanent - Boston, MA or Cambridge, MA

Proclinical is seeking a dynamic leader to drive the overall digital strategy and implementation roadmap in alignment with business objectives and priorities.

This is a permanent position located in Boston, MA or Cambridge, MA.

Primary Responsibilities :

This role involves developing and leading the digital technology strategy to transform how we interact with customers and patients.

The ideal candidate will advise commercial business units on all aspects of the digital ecosystem, including external trends, and internal digital services and capabilities.

Skills & Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in managing digital programs and capabilities in the Life Sciences / Medical Device industry.
  • Prior experience in managing digital operations in a regulated environment.
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering large scale change that added value to the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of key digital engagement channels, inclusive of Web, SEO, SEM, Email, Social, Paid Media.
  • Experience with relevant life sciences digital platforms such as Veeva PromoMats / CLM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, Drupal or similar.
  • Excellent influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with key business partners, IT leadership teams, and external service providers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly effective change agent who engages with senior stakeholders to deliver the digital programs to the organization.

The Digital Strategy and Omnichannel Marketing Associate Director will :

  • Co-define and drive the Digital-First strategy for the company, inclusive of data, analytics, and other technologies.
  • Develop and lead digital strategy capabilities.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives and maintain strong knowledge of emerging external trends in digital solutions.
  • Identify and address gaps in current digital capabilities and propose new solutions to enable high growth and ensure an optimal omni-channel customer and patient experience.
  • Collaborate with the Global IT and Digital functions to ensure appropriate system architecture, standard platforms and adherence and implementation of the security / privacy strategy.
  • Oversee key supplier relationships for execution of digital initiatives including contract and budget management, performance management and ad hoc issue resolution.

Compensation :

  • $210,000 per annum
