Customer Service Associate III
Summary : Seeking a Customer Service Associate III with a focus on Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M) to provide total customer satisfaction and increase sales through daily interactions.
Requirements :
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications
SAP and Salesforce proficiency is beneficial
Prior experience in Customer Service is beneficial but not mandatory
High school diploma or equivalent required
College education is beneficial, degree not necessary
Minimum of 4 years experience in Customer Service
Job Responsibilities :
Establish and maintain customer business relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Liaise between the customer and all internal points of contact
Pay Details : $20.00 to $40.00 per hour
