Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our prestigious, physician-led healthcare group with multiple locations across Long Island. This role offers a compelling compensation package of $200,000-$300,000 annually, with flexible Monday-Friday scheduling and no on-call requirements. Our 100% outpatient setting provides an ideal work-life balance while delivering exceptional patient care.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services including preventive care, acute treatment, and chronic disease management
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and healthcare teams
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead clinical staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in population health management programs
• Build and maintain a sustainable patient panel
