Vice President (VP) / Director Real Estate

Vice President / Director, Real Estate – Managing Consultant (Accounting & Finance Leadership) – Denver, CO

Company : National private equity real estate portfolio across all asset types (industrial, multifamily, etc.). This role focuses on portfolio strategy in the Western US.

Base pay : $190,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

Additional compensation : Annual bonus. Flexibility depending on experience.

Location : Denver, CO

Responsibilities :

• Lead team managing all existing assets in the Western half of the US (industrial, multi‑family, hospitality, etc.).
• Prepare and present formalized investment recommendations (written and verbal).
