Contract IT Recruiter – 6-Month Contract (Potential to Convert)

Location : Boston, MA (4 days onsite / Fridays remote)

Pay : $55–$65 / hr (Conversion range : $115,000–$140,000)

Start : ASAP (Background check required; can start pending)

We're partnering with a well-established, nationally recognized organization in the construction and innovation space that is rapidly expanding its digital, data, and technology functions. They are looking for a Contract IT Recruiter to join their Boston-based Talent Acquisition team. This is a 6-month assignment with a strong possibility of conversion for a high-performing recruiter.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT, Data, Innovation, and AI roles
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to define needs, craft strategies, and set expectations
• Proactively source and engage top technical talent through networking and research-driven outreach
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs
• Provide market insights and data-driven updates to stakeholders
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience aligned with organizational values

• Deliver weekly status updates on pipelines, search activity, and progress
