Lead Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement data workflows for Behavioral AI products

Required Qualifications

Experience with data pipeline patterns and workflows

Familiarity with Delta Lake, Scala Spark, Python Spark, and Airflow

Strong understanding of schema evolution and data contracts

Ability to balance performance and cost in data engineering

Proven track record of working in ambiguous and evolving environments
