Business Architect

A company is looking for a Business Architect for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement the UKG Ready solution, focusing on HR suite modules

Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations

Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage

Required Qualifications :

Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready

Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment

Solid understanding of U.S. HR compliance and best practices

Experience with Benefit Administration and Plan Setup

Comfortable working within structured project environments
