Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a Customer Care Advocate to support members with questions about eligibility, benefits, and claims. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a service-focused environment, this is a great opportunity to join a team with long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do :

• Answer member questions by phone, email, and in person
• Help members understand their benefits, eligibility, and claims
• Keep member records updated and enter clear system notes
• Process enrollments and handle outgoing mail and letters
• Create and follow up on requests for claims or eligibility changes
• Research and resolve complex member issues
• Send required notices and regulatory communications

Location : Arvada, CO (Onsite)

Pay : $20 – $22 / hour.
