• Perform detailed client assessments and develop individualized care plans\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures accurately\n
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition\n
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management\n
• Educate clients and families on disease management, medications, and home safety\n
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation\n
• Ensure adherence to all state and federal healthcare regulations\n
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that enhances quality of life\n\nQualifications\n
• Active RN License in the State of New Jersey (required)\n
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred (home care, geriatrics, or related field)\n
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills\n
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment\n
• CPR and BLS certification (required)\n
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation\n
