Responsibilities :

Administrative Support :

  • Efficiently manage office operations, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments for team members.

Bookkeeping :

  • Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports as required.

Customer Relationship Management :

  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Problem-Solving :

  • Act as a point of contact for resolving internal and external issues.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline processes.

Attention to Detail :

  • Ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Review invoices, contracts, and documents for completeness and correctness.

Team Collaboration :

  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support project requirements.
  • Assist with project coordination and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective task prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry and estimating is advantageous.
