Compensation

o Average yearly pay for Sales Representatives ranges from $50,000 – $60,000+. You control your own income!
o Average Assistant Store Managers earns $75,000+ / year
o Average Store Managers earn $115,000+ / year

What You’ll Do

o Greet customers and guide them through their buying journey
o Learn and master product knowledge to educate customers with confidence
o Deliver a customer-focused, consultative sales approach (no high-pressure tactics)
o Set and achieve personal and team goals
o Work alongside managers to gain leadership and operational experience
o Help maintain store standards, promotions, and displays
o Learn the skills necessary to progress your career into management
