Key Responsibilities
Research, process, and resolve customer and health care provider inquiries regarding benefits and insurance
Document details of each interaction in the tracking system to maintain organized records
Educate customers and team members on relevant policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of customer service experience
Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
Available to work shifts within specified hours, including possible weekends
Must reside in Indiana and have a hard-wired high-speed internet connection
