Salary : Commission Pay - 25% (average $1,200 - $1,500+ weekly)

Stepps Towing & Heavy Transport is seeking experienced Heavy Haul Transport Drivers to join our team! Were looking for Class A CDL drivers with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. This local / regional position involves hauling high, wide, and heavy loads using lowboy, Landoll, step-deck, flatbed trailers, and heavy-duty rollbacks.

Manual transmissions onlyno slip seating!

All drivers must have their own set of tools once assigned to a truck.

Essential Functions

• Maneuver tractor and trailers into loading / unloading positions, following signals from crew and ensuring safe positioning
• Pull trailers configured with tow bars or goosenecks as needed
• Load and unload trucks, operate special loading equipment, and assist others as required
• Secure equipment for transport using ropes, chains, binders, etc.
• Operate multi-axle trailers for heavy equipment transport
• Use GPS mapping effectively
• Work in all weather conditions
