Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available, offering a full-time contract opportunity within a school setting. The role primarily supports students in an Essential (Life Skills) program within the Tippecanoe County school district.
Key Qualifications :
- Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology
- Familiarity with teletherapy services
- Eligibility as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP or a credentialed school-based SLP
- Background in healthcare-related SLP services is a plus
Location :
Assignments are primarily within Tippecanoe County schools, including Frankfort and Lafayette, Indiana.Responsibilities :
Assess and provide speech-language therapy services tailored to students individualized needs.Collaborate with educational staff to support students in life skills and essential programs.Implement teletherapy as needed to ensure consistent student support.Document progress and participate in student education planning.Engage with families and multidisciplinary teams to enhance therapeutic outes.Benefits :
