Product Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager to join their Product Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance operational processes and implement optimizations through cross-functional collaboration

Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects across the Product Development Lifecycle

Mentor Product Management teams and develop training materials to support best practices

Required Qualifications

3 - 7 years of experience in Product Operations and / or Product Management

Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent cross-company projects

Proven ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional leadership

Strong knowledge of analytics and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Familiarity with tools such as Pendo, JPD, Power BI, and JIRA
