Cash Application Specialist
Description :
- Accounts Receivable (AR) cash application specialist reports directly to AR Credit and Collections Team Leader.
- Execute an effective and timely Cash Application process
- Maintain established tracking processes
- Support organization processes to maintain workflow
- Aid in whole AR cycle
- Assist with Bank reconciliations, and respective reporting
Skills & Qualifications :
- 1-3 years with high volume cash application & data entry (10-key) experience (in distribution, manufacturing, or similar non-service industry)
- 100-150 checks per day and up to 20,000 invoices per day
- Experience in one of mainstream ERPs (. SAP, S4 HANA, Great Plains,
- Experience in M3 is a big plus
- Associates degree required
- Bachelors degree in non-related field acceptable
- Excel : Must be able to use Pivot tables & vlookups
