What We Offer

You can expect to receive a salary of $95-100K plus bonuses, and a benefits package including :

What You’ll Do

  • Handle various aspects of personal injury and / or workers compensation litigation; prepare legal briefs and other pleadings; motion hearings; mediations and depositions.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of a case, including client interface.
  • Conduct thorough, top-notch research; determine effective litigation strategies.
  • Engage in negotiations with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and relevant parties to secure favorable settlements for clients.
  • Prepare trial material and handle pretrial, trial, and post-trial proceedings.

    • What You Bring

  • Education : Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school, plus admission to state bar
  • Experience : Minimum 3 years’ experience in in personal injury and / or workers compensation
  • Real Estate experience a plus
  • Excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills, plus outstanding client care skills.
  • Ability to keep client and Firm matters confidential.
  • Must be organized, analytical and logical.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
