Salary :   $80,000 - $90,000

We are seeking an Executive Chef with direct healthcare or senior living culinary leadership experience . The ideal candidate will have :

Hands-on background in clinical foodservice , including therapeutic diets, texture modifications, and compliance with physician-directed meal plans.

Proven experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing dining operations.

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (DOH, CMS, Joint Commission).

Experience managing hourly associates in a healthcare / senior living setting.

ServSafe Manager certification (required); CDM / CFPP certification a strong plus.

Comfort balancing front-of-house service excellence with back-of-house sanitation and production standards .

Proficiency in Microsoft Office .

Job Summary

Working as the Chef Manager Senior you will be responsible for back and front of the house operations for the food service departments. You will maintain a quality culinary program and process all financial reporting. Duties also include menu development, inventory, purchasing, labor and food cost controls, maintaining sanitation standards, and personnel management to include hiring, coaching, counseling, training and developing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
• Participates in employee meetings and training programs
• Conducts safety, sanitation and maintenance programs
• Maintains food cost while ensuring quality standards
• Maintains an active role in managing team developments
• Manages purchasing and inventory controls
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
