Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our Team. Successful candidates will have both vertical and horizontal experience, Haas specifically.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a prototype environment where building 2-10 samples quickly and with high quality .

Our development operation is local, so speed is key. Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese preferred, but Not Required.

Qualifications / Duties :

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a CNC Machinist / Operator.
• Vertical and Horizontal experience Required, Haas specifically.
• Prototype Environment experience with ability to quickly produce 2-10 high quality samples.
• Experience with Set-Up, Programming is preferred but optional.
• Assembly work experience preferred.
• Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese preferred but Not Required.
• Strong knowledge of CNC, Haas, mill, lathe, metals, #CNC Machinist, 3 axis, and 4 axis mill.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate machining operations.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality of parts.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
