Mission of the Position :

As the Total Rewards Compensation Specialist for the USA and Canada, you will be integral to designing and managing compensation structures that align with the strategic goals of our organization. Your role will focus on ensuring that our total rewards packages are competitive, equitable, and compliant with the diverse regulatory environments across both countries, enhancing our ability to attract, retain, and develop key talent.

Key Responsibilities :

• Total Rewards Strategy and Management :

Develop and execute comprehensive compensation and wellness programs specific to the needs of the USA and Canada markets.

Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights that influence strategic decisions related to compensation and benefits.

Spearhead educational initiatives to increase employee understanding and appreciation of their total rewards package.
