Chief Estimator (Morris County)

This established GC / CM have a 40-year history of specializing in large-scale ground-up and major renovation projects throughout NY & NJ.

They are currently looking for a Senior Estimator to join their Northern NJ office. Working closely with ownership, leadership and the project management team, you will oversee the estimating / precon function across a range of large-scale ($50-200M) projects / hard bids.

They are looking for someone with 15+ years' GC estimating experience - particularly in projects ranging from $50-200M a technical degree and, importantly, the right attitude and work ethic to lead and grow the division.

This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role with an established Northern NJ-based contractor.
