This is more than a generalist role. As an HRBP at Evara, youll be a trusted partner to leaders and employees across departmentsproviding expert consultation on employee relations, performance management, HR policy, and compliance. Youll also lead key initiatives that shape organizational culture, support workforce planning, and contribute to our long-term People & Culture strategy.

What youll do
- Be a strategic HR advisor : Guide leaders on employee relations, conflict resolution, engagement, compliance, and policy interpretation.
- Lead initiatives across the People & Culture strategy : Own goals tied to engagement, process improvement, and employee experience. Participate in PRO visits to assess culture, provide HR support, and gather feedback.
- Drive performance & development conversations : Support PIPs, coach managers on documentation and feedback, and ensure evaluations and coaching tools are used effectively.
- Own your HR portfolio : Respond to employee inquiries via the HR ticketing system, manage compliance with FMLA / ADA and other leave programs, and support provider contracts and regulatory requirements.
- Support recruitment & workforce planning : Collaborate on job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and interview support. Facilitate HR onboarding sessions and help build strong pipelines for future talent.
- Manage systems & HR data : Maintain employee records in ADP Workforce Now, lead reporting, and use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Innovate with intention : Recommend tools, systems, and process enhancements that elevate HR operations and improve the employee and manager experience.
