We are a 24 hour veterinary facility that provides immediate care and emergency services as well as wellness care to the pets in our community. Our doors have been open to pets in need 24 hours a day, 365 days per year since 1980. We provide our clients with the help, support and education that they need to be the best pet owners for their pets.
What you will do : As the first point of contact for pet owners, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance during stressful situations. A strong customer service background is required, excellent office management skills and a passion for caring and advocating not only for the client, but for the pet as well. Excellent communication, strong multitasking skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are critical skills needed. This posting is for three 12 hour shifts 8a-8p. Days of the week may vary slightly week to week and we will ask that you work one weekend day per week.
$17-$21 per hour starting pay based on experience which is ideal, but not necessary. We will train. Bilingual, or Spanish speaking applicants are strongly encouraged to apply!
