Hiring immediately for full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager.

Job Summary :

• The Operating Partner is responsible for producing outstanding Guest experiences; on-going management development and certification;
• quality control on all restaurant products; maintaining all operating standards of P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and a safe and clean working environment for the restaurant;

profit and loss responsibility for the restaurant; hiring, developing and certifying all restaurant Management; acting as a goodwill ambassador for P.

F. Chang’s; and maintaining all approved vendor relations and ensuring compliance with all governmental laws and regulations.

Job Requirements :

• 5+ years restaurant management experience
• Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment
• Ability to mentor and train team members
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction
• Involvement / understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods and overall control of financials
• Adapt quickly to a variety of work environments, and work effectively with different types of people

Preferences :

• Experience in casual or upscale dining
• Hospitality or Business degree
• Kitchen management experience
