Senior Qualtrics Developer, Subject Matter Expert for a longer term contract onsite in the Southbay / Los Angeles area.

What you will be doing :

• Application design , development , and production support for multiple large projects using Qualtrics technologies
• Conduct development workstreams – design , testing and deployment
• Working with junior members
• Improve SDLC process through the development , testing , and support
• Daily Scrum sessions
• Identify enhancements through customer interaction
• Define systems architecture
• Research and resolve Qualtrics application issues
• Evaluate the daily and monthly batch process
• Perform Impact Analysis across multiple Qualtrics platforms and applications
• On-call for production support (night and weekends)
• Create timelines
• Provide technical leadership
• Writing documents
• Maintain the security of the application software
• Perform code review, mentor and coach Junior Developers
• Subject Matter Expert for Qualtrics applications
• Performs unit and integration testing
• Codes , tests , and debugs new software or makes enhancements to existing software
• Writes programs
• Develop technical documentation
• Resolves problems with existing production applications
• Generates a variety of complex reports
• Recommending design
• Implementing , monitoring , testing , and auditing new software programs
