As a Finance team member, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial strength and flexibility that enables us to be there when our policyholders need us now and in the future. As the Director of Expense Management, you will be a part of the U.S. life insurance finance team, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer of the business. You will lead a team to budget, analyze, and manage $600M+ in operating expenses for the U.S. life insurance companies. This role plays an integral part in the strategic and financial planning and analysis for the U.S. life insurance companies and interfaces with leaders throughout the organization.
