Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
Advanced data and analytical skills, with proficiency in spreadsheet software
Deep knowledge of compensation frameworks and total rewards strategy in both the US and Canada
Experience with HRIS and compensation tools, and understanding of equity compensation
