Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $94,160 - $124,762. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as a Senior Financial Analyst!

We seek a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting team. The Senior Financial Analyst will oversee the financial operations for central manufacturing operations support functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, planning, analysis, optimal financial performance, and compliance with financial policies and procedures. Additionally, plays a key role in supporting the company's long-term operational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare timely month-end and quarterly reports, analyze monthly financial statements, including variance analysis, and present findings to management.

Assist management with identifying and evaluating business drivers, KPIs, and trends to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.

Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, providing insights for improvement, driving planning accuracy, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals for a production Value Stream.

Partner with the Value Stream leader to drive financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.

Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance drivers, providing actionable insights to Value Stream leaders.

Support operational excellence for manufacturing financial processes, including cost accounting and analysis, manufacturing performance, and risk reporting.

Support working capital and free cash flow improvement by managing the capital expenditures budget and process.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

Assist process improvement and cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource allocation to protect and increase the company's profitability.

Develop financial modeling for business strategies and plans, including capital expenditure viability and Production Operations business transition activities.

Identify and mitigate business risks and organizational blind spots to curb inefficiencies.

Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules.

What you'll Need To Succeed :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software.

Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 Business Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights for operational improvement.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information.

Capability to influence decision-making at the management level.

Strong critical thinking skills to identify problems and develop solutions in a manufacturing context.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.

Preferred :

Oracle ERP Proficiency with Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM Cloud, and other accounting software used by the organization.
