Serving the Army in various mission-critical roles, wheeled vehicle mechanics play a vital role in ensuring the readiness and effectiveness of military vehicles. As a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for supervising and performing maintenance, repair, and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles and select armored vehicles.

Key Responsibilities :
- Inspect and service wheeled vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Perform repairs and replacements on automotive electrical systems, including wiring harnesses and starting and charging systems.
- Work on material handling equipment systems, subsystems, and components to maintain efficient operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
You must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident with a valid Green Card.You should be between 17 to 34 Years Old.You need to have a High School Diploma or GED.You should meet Tattoo Guidelines.You should have no Major Law Violations.You should have no Medical Concerns.">
Certifications & Training
You will complete 10 weeks of Basic Training and 14 weeks of Advanced Individual Training.You should possess nationally recognized certifications in mechanical maintenance.You must achieve a minimum score of 92 on the ASVAB Mechanical Maintenance (MM) exam, or scores of 87 on MM and 85 on General Technical (GT).">
