Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to support the Market General Manager in driving revenue growth and market positioning. This individual will be responsible for delivering insights, supporting inbound marketing initiatives, and helping craft and execute strategic plans across our core verticals : HVAC, Refrigeration, Heavy Industrial, and Data Centers.
Key Responsibilities
Data gathering & management
- Identify data sources to close gaps in data library to ensure fact-based decision making.
- Gather market information from a variety of sources including in-house (CRM) and industry sources as well as VOC initiatives and surveys.
- Maintain and curate data sets to ensure continuous accuracy for analysis, including CRM.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales data, pipeline health, customer segmentation, and campaign performance metricsDevelop dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to track performance and ROIDeliver regular reports and strategic insights to inform leadership decisionsInbound Marketing Support
Coordinate with Marketing to develop lead-generation strategies and optimize inbound campaignsAnalyze and evaluate digital campaign performance (SEO, content, PPC, email) and provide data-driven recommendationsAssist in defining buyer personas and aligning messaging across segmentsMarket Intelligence & Strategic Planning
Conduct market-specific competitor analysisCollaborate with the GM of Markets to develop market-specific strategies, programs and product positioning plansIdentify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendationsCustomer Insight & product
Understand the unique value propositions of our products in different marketsSupport the creation of sales enablement tools, product presentations, and competitive differentiation materialsIdentify customer pain points and unmet needs to inform and support product development and go-to-market strategies.Gathering data, understanding what questions to ask, engaging with customersDesign, Develop & execute customer surveys and focus groupsQualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred3+ years of experience in business analysis, sales strategy, or data analytics (HVAC or industrial sector a plus)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar toolsExperience with CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot)Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and influence without direct authorityPreferred Attributes
Knowledge of HVAC / refrigeration systems, cooling towers, or industrial equipmentUnderstanding of data center infrastructure and purchasing dynamicsStrategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and detailed executionBAC Hiring Compensation Range $77,200- $132,300
