Senior Litigation Associate

International law firm with over 120 years of success is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team in San Francisco. This role will involve working on complex, high‑value disputes involving commercial, insurance, maritime, and transportation matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation and arbitration, from pre‑trial to resolution.
• Handle federal and state insurance claims, including coverage and indemnity issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests / responses, and legal memoranda.
• Take and defend depositions; represent clients in court.
• Contribute to business development through writing, networking, and events.

Base pay range : $250,000.00 / yr – $285,000.00 / yr
