Job Description :
Our clients are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join their teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medication, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for their patients. Responsibilities :
- Assess patient health needs and develop and implement care plans
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and progress, and document observations and changes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications :
- Assess patient health needs and develop and implement care plans
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
