Patient Service Specialist : Pain Management | MaineHealth
Location : Kennebunk, ME (with flexibility to cover in Sanford, ME)
Schedule : Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 : 30 AM-5 : 00 PM (36 hours per week)
Type : Full-time, onsite.

About the Role :
As a Patient Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality experience for our patients by managing front desk responsibilities, supporting providers, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.
Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Primary Location : Livewell Dr. Kennebunk, ME
Secondary Location (as needed) : June St. Sanford, ME
Qualifications :
1.Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License / Certifications : N / A
3. Experience : Six months of medical office experience required
4. Additional Skills / Requirements Required : N / A
5. Additional Skills / Requirements Preferred : Proficient computer skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and check in patients, ensuring accurate and complete registration
Schedule and confirm appointments
Verify insurance and collect copayments
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Support clinical staff with administrative needs
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
