Citizenship Location :

• Mix of remote testing and onsite work in Fargo, ND for kickoff and annual physical penetration tests.

Clearance :

• Must pass CMS / HHS Public Trust or equivalent background check .

Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute external / internal penetration tests on Noridian systems.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments across ~200 internal devices and multiple domains.
• Perform web app / portal penetration tests per NIST SP 800-115.
• Lead physical penetration testing onsite in Fargo.
• Document findings, provide remediation recommendations, and support retesting.

Qualifications :

• OSCP, GPEN, or equivalent. 7–10 years of penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Healthcare / finance / insurance sector experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nessus, Qualys, and manual testing.
