Paramark Corporation is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Broomfield, CO , as a Part-Time Maintenance Technician .

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure the upkeep of the property under the guidance of the Property Manager and Regional Manager. A typical day may consist of such tasks as :

• Diagnosing and performing minor and routine maintenance in a timely fashion
• Ensure all service requests are completed daily
• Accurately document work performed through our electronic work order system
• Inspect vacated units and create make-ready checklists
• Complete special projects as assigned and prioritized by the Property Manager
• Inspect the exterior of the property for needed preventative maintenance or repairs
• Complete or oversee the completion of the preventative maintenance or repairs
• Order parts and supplies and maintain inventory
• Obtain bids and negotiate pricing from outside vendors and contractors
• Perform emergency maintenance (after hours) as needed
• Coordinate with the Property Manager daily
• Perform and report on all work according to the safety standards of the company, OSHA, and health codes
• Keep work areas clean and tidy daily
• Promote positive public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff through a friendly and courteous attitude.
