MG+M The Law Firm (MG+M) is seeking to add an Associate Attorney to our Toxic Tort practice group in any of our four California offices (San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Los Angeles and Irvine). The candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in handling Toxic Tort, Asbestos, Silica cases.

The firm's expertise is diverse but focused in the areas of toxic tort, complex product liability, local government, general liability, and commercial litigation. We approach litigation as a unified team, integrating our efforts with those of our clients to advance their interests wherever they do business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Handle local and national accounts throughout the state of California.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Conduct depositions.
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
• Review and analyze discovery requests.
• Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.
• Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filing.
• Trial preparation and support.
• Maintain accurate time records.
