Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist in Indiana. This role begins as a 13+ week contract with strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. If you have a background in sterile compounding and clinical practice, this is an excellent chance to bring your expertise to a supportive environment.
Schedule & Hours :
45 days per week (flexible scheduling available)
Typical hours : 9 : 00am 5 : 30pm
What Youll Do :
Provide safe, ethical pharmacy services in compliance with state, federal, and professional standards.
Evaluate lab results and perform pharmacokinetic dosing.
Enter prescription orders accurately, ensuring medications are compatible, stable, and stored appropriately.
Qualifications :
Active and clear Indiana Pharmacist license .
Minimum of 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience .
Minimum of 2 years in a clinical pharmacist role .
