Job Title : SAP Asset / Plant Maintenance Lead
Location : Seattle, WA (Remote – Travel as needed)
Duration : Long-term contract with high chance of extension
Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced SAP S / 4 HANA Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and Asset Management, with hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and release management. The role requires close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to design and deliver efficient maintenance and asset management solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and execute SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) configuration, implementation, and support activities.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand processes and conduct independent design workshops.
Configure and optimize maintenance planning, work orders, equipment management, and notification processes.
Manage asset management functions including preventive maintenance and work order management.
Ensure integration of SAP PM with other related SAP modules.
Provide analytical and problem-solving expertise to identify, prioritize, and resolve functional issues.
Deliver clear communication and updates to senior management and project teams.
Travel as required to meet client and project needs.
Required Skills & Experience :
Must-have Skills :
SAP Plant Maintenance (3–5 years minimum experience)
SAP Asset Management (3–5 years minimum experience)
Configuration and Release Management (3–5 years minimum experience)
Overall Experience : Minimum 8+ years of SAP PM functional experience, including configuration and implementation.
Strong understanding of maintenance processes and asset management lifecycle.
Experience working in telecommunications or aerospace industries is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone and travel as needed.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to ITAR compliance.
