Compensation and Mileage :
Experience an impressive average weekly pay ranging from $1600 to $1700, covering approximately 3,400 miles per week for consistent earnings.
Benefit from a fuel bonus at month-end for all miles driven and enjoy nontaxable income through our per diem option. Earn additional rewards with clean inspections bonuses.
Running Areas and Home Time :
Location : El Paso, Texas, covering Southwest and Southeast states. Enjoy weekly home time, with trucks parked at a local drop yard during breaks.
Experience a well-organized lane with excellent miles, competitive pay, and reliable home time.
Orientation and Equipment :
Participate in our comprehensive 2.5-day orientation program, receiving $500 as part of your first paycheck to cover expenses.
Drive confidently in our fleet of new International Prostars, equipped with automatic transmissions and maintained to the highest standards.
These trucks, 2.5 years old or newer, are optimized for dry freight hauling with primarily no-touch operations.

Experience and Requirements :
Hold a Class A CDL A License and be at least 21 years old. Maintain a driving record with no more than 3 accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years.
Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months, with considerations for experience within the last 3 years or 10 years.
Familiarity with trailers of at least 40 feet in length is required.
