Part-time, hour workweek. Weekday evening shift, working every other weekend: 4:00pm-12:00amMust be flexible to meet the needs of a 24/7 facility.
Position Location: Homestead, PA.
In our DAS program we provide short-term residential and mental health treatment for adults, 18 years and older. The program provides support to the DAS residents with daily living activities, medication/health needs and in coordinating recreational opportunities. The program offers a structured residential treatment setting where individuals can make significant improvements in stability while developing the foundation for ongoing recovery. You will be a team leader with a multidisciplinary team by providing daily assignments to DAS colleagues, and support to residents. To fill this role, we are looking for people who believe in a strengths-based approach, and use positive practices to help guide their everyday activities. The DAS Psychiatric Technician position is designed to:
* Prospective employees hired for a part time position will receive a $1,000 sign on bonus. The employee will receive the first third after the successful completion of three (3) months of employment, the second third will be awarded after the successful completion of six (6) months of employment, and the final third will be awarded after achieving a "satisfactory" rating or higher on the annual performance evaluation.
