As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, engaging with visitors and staff, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.

Monitor and report any security-related issues or incidents encountered during patrols to appropriate personnel or management.

Assist with access control by observing entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access within the logistics environment.

Document observations and incidents in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining clear and concise records as required by Allied Universal.

Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site staff to support a secure and orderly environment within the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
