A fast-paced Real Estate Law Firm with its headquarters in Metro Atlanta is seeking a Junior Business Operations Associate to provide comprehensive support for the firm’s non-legal business operations. This role encompasses support for office management, including facility management, technology integration, human resources, and financial management, including billing, payroll, and budgeting. This key role will report directly to the Director of Finance & Operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include vendor management, compliance support, handling administrative tasks, assisting with IT projects, and contributing to budget development and process improvements. Essential skills for this role are leadership, problem-solving, strong communication, and excellent organizational abilities. This will be a full in-office position. Hybrid work will be considered after at least 90 days.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with oversight of daily operations and management of vendors.
Assisting with staff support, benefits administration and potentially payroll support.
Helping with financial reporting, managing budgets, and potentially payroll assistance.
Heading up cross-functional projects frequently involving with IT professionals (internal and external vendors) and completing Cost Benefit and ROI analyses.
Assist the firm’s Compliance Manager ensure the firm adheres to relevant legal and operational regulations.
Developing and revising documentation for new and existing processes.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in office management, including managing physical and electronic files.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of products is required. Familiarity with CaseAware (Default industry specific case management system) and QuickBooks Enterprise a plus.
The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with peers and clients.
Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate will possess a four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited university, preferably with a business major.
Four (4) to five (5) years of prior experience in a legal administrative or office support position is required.
