Title : Staff UI / UX Designer

Duration : 6 Months with Possible extension

Location : Addison, TX (Remote)

If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Experience Design (XD) team. As a part of this team, you will work with other talented designers who have diverse skills and backgrounds, such as Design Systems, UX Design, Visual Design, UI Design, Content Design, Interaction Design, and more.

You will use your creativity and expertise to design solutions that are user-centered, accessible, and beautiful. You will also collaborate with other stakeholders and share your design approach and vision.

Skills :

In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have :

8+ years of relevant design experience.

An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered, design solutions based on human-centered design and research data.

Strong experience working with design tools to create comprehensive low-fidelity and high-fidelity solutions and specifications that enforce consistency, usability, and accessibility as a part of a larger system of products.

A growth mindset, continually strengthening core skills through complex assignments and varied experience.

Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and proper communication.

Continually envisions how processes and products could be better, drawing on experience and available metrics, data, and research.

Frequently and actively solicits feedback and respectfully and constructively challenges peers and stakeholders to refine ideas, strategies, and approaches.

Independently and appropriately adjusts own work as priorities and approaches change.

Actively participates in cross-functional teams, voicing ideas and using unique talents to co-create innovative solutions.

Contributes ideas for structuring collaborative projects or ongoing team efforts to maximize productivity and success.

Recommends solutions to help the team achieve goals.

Continues strengthening core discipline skills through increasingly complex assignments and continued accumulation of varied experience, demonstrating general expertise in their discipline.

Creates designs for an entire end-to-end workflow based on an in-depth comprehension of user needs and effectively articulates context, frameworks, principles, and design rationale to stakeholders.

Demonstrates comprehension and growth in product design disciplines beyond one specialty.

Delivers innovative and compelling end-to-end product designs for complex user journeys and product features.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Design, HCI, or a related field. A working experience of the equivalent is also acceptable for the position.
