Pay Range : 31.84- 46.26 per hour (based on experience)

On-Call Pay : $4.00 per hour

Shift Differentials :

• Nights : +$4.50 / hour
• Weekends : +$1.50 / hour
• National Certification : +$1.50 / hour

Sign-On Bonus : Available on a case-by-case basis

Relocation Assistance : Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Type : Permanent, Full-time

Shift : Days (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM)

On-Call : Once per week and one weekend per month (subject to department needs)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) - Open Heart (CVOR) to join our team at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital . As a CVOR RN, you will work closely with surgeons and the perioperative team to deliver exceptional care to patients undergoing cardiac surgery. You will be responsible for maintaining a sterile environment, assisting in procedures, and providing critical postoperative care. This is a key role in ensuring the safety and recovery of cardiac patients in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
