Key Responsibilities

Set and execute the EMEA Global Affairs strategy while serving on the regional leadership team

Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior policy professionals across multiple countries

Cultivate relationships with government officials and shape legislative and regulatory trends

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in government, international affairs, technology policy, or corporate diplomacy

Established credibility and relationships with EU institutions and EMEA policymakers

Proven ability to lead high-stakes policy campaigns and build partnerships across countries

Deep knowledge of EMEA political and regulatory ecosystems, particularly in AI-related issues

Exceptional judgment and political instincts with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
